As Director of Finance and Operations at The Walt Disney Company, I was responsible for the complete financial oversight of Disney Educational Productions. This role encompassed business planning, financial forecasting, and the strategic expansion of the division's content into emerging digital platforms.

Digital Pioneering

One of the most significant initiatives during my tenure was driving the integration of Disney Educational content onto digital platforms, including iTunes. This was during the early days of digital content distribution, and the strategic decisions made during this period helped position the division for long-term growth in the digital era.
